The Responsibilities as an Operations Executive:

ERP Maintenance: Oversee and manage the ERP system (Unleashed).
Productivity Reporting: Develop and enhance productivity reports.
Business Process Review: Prepare and refine the company's Business Process Review (BPR).
Project Management: Lead and manage projects effectively.
Task Scheduling: Organise and prioritise team tasks.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the operational performance of internal and external service providers.
Procurement: Handle procurement activities.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Manage forecasts and budgetary processes. (Experience in this is Essential)
Raw Material Management: Oversee the raw material database.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory and stock control processes.
Tactical Planning: Coordinate and execute the company's tactical plans.
Goods-In Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of incoming goods.
