Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to new and existing clients, including partner training, onboarding, and answering queries.
  • Assist with the processing of new finance applications and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Maths literate and able to handle financial data with accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with credit reference agencies and customer relationship management software.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of business finance and leasing principles.
  • Ability to deliver training and develop training materials.
