Pay Rate: £37.22 P/H

Position Summary: We are looking for experienced social workers with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. Candidates should have significant experience in duty/assessment & child in need or Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Care Proceedings. Proven performance in quality casework in line with Cheshire Wests expectations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage caseloads effectively to ensure quality casework.
* Engage in duty/assessment & child in need or Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Care Proceedings.
* Collaborate with children, families, and partner agencies.
* Maintain high standards of practice in line with Cheshire Wests expectations.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
* Significant experience in the relevant areas of social work.
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Proven track record of quality casework.

* Work with stable teams of experienced social workers and permanent established Team Managers.
