To act as shift leader ensuring that the daily tasks of the home are completed and that the service the children receive is of the highest possible standard
Develop and implement care plans.
Assist with daily living activities.
Promote independence and social inclusion.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 Caring for children & young people or working towards this
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
