Electrical Project Engineer

* The role is hybrid requiring nationwide travel, necessitating site visits to various locations across the UK.

* A company vehicle will be provided, complete with a fuel card.

* Visits to Coventry, manufacturing site in Stoke, and other UK locations.

Role Overview:

You will be instrumental in translating electrical designs into executable projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective implementation and commissioning.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with various divisional stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with client requirements, adhere to safety standards, maintain quality, meet project timelines, and are commercially sustainable.

Experience:

* Extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in project execution and commissioning.

* Operational and maintenance engineering background, with significant experience in successful plant improvements.

* Ability to understand machinery operations without direct observation and identify process bottlenecks to suggest and implement improvements.

* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting and working with 3D models and design schematics.

* Hands-on experience with commissioning electrical installations and facilitating the transition to full production.

* Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with designers, maintenance teams, and stakeholders.

* High level of proficiency in Microsoft office packages to include Excel, Project etc.

* Experience across multiple engineering disciplines is essential – to include electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation.

* Experience in material handling, heavy industrial machinery, or similar sectors would be advantageous.
