Director of Recruitment - Private Care
Home based with UK travel
Circa 85k DOE plus 4k care allowance
Full Time / Permanent
Are you a very experienced at Head of Recruitment either in the Care sector or similar, that can build a strategy to cope with retention whilst managing a large team? You will in conjunction with the CCO define, set and communicate the local carer recruitment strategy, your stakeholders will be CCO, Carer Recruitment team, Exec Team, SMT, Regional Directors, Registered Managers. Working to a company target for retention, manage the conversion pipeline of all National and Local Carer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and communicate a market leading proposition to their our existing Carer base.
* Develop and implement a communication programme.
* In collaboration with the wider team manage the retention of their carer base.
* Ensure that the Recruitment team are inducted into all of the relevant processes and procedures related to carer recruitment and provide them with their local carer recruitment budget for the financial year.
* Communicate regularly with the Regional Directors about the carer recruitment opportunities and challenges or their regions.
* Provide data to the Exec team, RDs, RMs and CROs on group performance and manage the reporting of the monthly approvals and source of enquiry information
* Set Carer & Employee Referral incentives, keeping them meaningful and relevant in collaboration with the CCO.
* Create innovative and new ways to recruit carers locally to cascade to the group.
* Analyse carer recruitment data to help improve and inform local carer recruitment performance.
* Liaise with L&D to ensure that the recruiters and other groups of colleagues within the business are kept up to date with Carer Recruitment training.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the carer recruitment journey.
* Oversee and support productive working relationships with affinity partners and suppliers to the carer recruitment enquiry funnel.
You will also be involved with these standard duties and responsibilities:
* Participates in an annual performance review programme.
* Works at all times, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business and statutory regulations applicable to the Group.
