**Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to assist the HR Manager with all aspects of recruitment needs.

The main responsibilities of the HR / Recruitment Officer:
- 1. Collaborate with department managers to identify current and prospective staffing needs.

2. Drafting and posting job adverts on external job boards, company websites and in-house.

3. Ensure that job vacancy information is kept up to date on company website and external job boards.

8. Assist with the onboarding documentation process.

9. Managing and negotiating offers of employment, including administration of offer letters and contracts.

10. Maintain accurate and confidential records in relation to personnel information.

11. Ensure smooth and comprehensive introduction for new starters.

12. Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and incorporate best practices into our processes.

13. Referencing new employees.

14. Ensuring that starters and leavers are processed to meet both legislative and company requirements.

15. Provide support to payroll department in relation to starter and leaver information.

16. Assist the HR team with other ad hoc duties or projects.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence would be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of social media management tools is advantageous.
