Senior Practitioner / Room Leader
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: £25k - £28k + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Client:

The Role:
As a Senior Practitioner / Room Leader, you will lead and supervise the staff, ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe and secure environment, valuing each child as an individual.
* Provide educational, stimulating, and fun learning activities.
* Work in partnership with parents / carers, delivering high levels of customer care.
* Assist in managing care rooms and the nursery, ensuring adherence to Policies & Procedures, EYFS, and statutory guidelines.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
* Possess a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience in a formal childcare setting or desire to progress with formal Childcare qualifications.
* Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards.
* Familiarity with equal opportunities principles.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
