? Assist in managing care rooms and the nursery, ensuring adherence to Policies & Procedures, EYFS, and statutory guidelines.
Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
? Possess a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
? Prior experience in a formal childcare setting or desire to progress with formal Childcare qualifications.
? Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards.
? Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
