IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice
A leading accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking a talented IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice. The IT Service Desk Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing the firm's IT infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Hub Lead, the successful candidate will assist in delivering IT support across the organization, ensuring the firm's services and applications are fit for the modern market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support incidents and service requests.
* Record, resolve, and escalate support issues to appropriate teams.
* Ensure IT support functions operate within defined KPIs and SLAs.
* Collaborate with various departments to implement new ideas and maintain existing technology.
* Communicate regularly with senior managers, Directors, and Partners to enhance client service delivery.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and provide additional services to clients.
