Communicate effectively with clients, residents, contractors, and on-site staff, both verbally and in writing.
Obtain maintenance quotations and issue clear instructions, ensuring satisfactory completion of work.
Raise and authorise invoices for payment promptly and accurately.
Manage insurance claims, adhering to correct procedures and ensuring timely submission and resolution.
Take ownership of projects, managing them from initiation to completion.
Take action on necessary repairs or improvements following site visits.
Obtain and implement health and safety recommendations as outlined in reports.
Arrange and prepare for meetings, including necessary paperwork and venue bookings.
Attend occasional client meetings, some of which may be outside normal working hours.
Conduct periodic site visits to ensure standards are maintained.
Maintain organised filing systems for documentation.Requirements:
Methodical approach with meticulous attention to detail in task execution.
Strong communication skills, adept in both written and verbal interactions.
Clear, concise, polite, and professional telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage workload consistently.
