Facilities Operations Coordinator
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Company Overview:

Claibon Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee a modern residential property.


Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hard services facilities management, with a strong focus on Fire Safety and Health and Safety regulations within residential environments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain building mechanical and engineering systems, including HVAC and BMS.
  • Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduling and execution.
  • Supervise an on-site maintenance technician and coordinate with service and contract engineers.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Comprehensive building maintenance experience.
  • Ability to manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Proficient IT skills for database management and documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective reporting and correspondence.

Work Environment:

This position requires a hands-on approach, combining office duties with regular site inspections. The Facilities Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety protocols are adhered to, safeguarding residents, visitors, and staff.
