Job Overview:
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for learning and development? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our strategic sales efforts within the L&D and end point assessment (EPA) sectors. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and establish a high-performing sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on apprenticeship end point assessments and training courses.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing strong, trusting relationships with clients across public and private sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, digital learning, EPA, L&D) to enhance our offerings and customer experience.
Work with bid teams to capitalise on B2B opportunities and secure contracts.
Prepare and present sales and revenue reports to the Managing Director, suggesting process improvements.
Support financial forecasting and analyse sales data to refine strategies.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.What we are looking for:

Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
Ambitious, with a hunger to meet and exceed sales targets.
Warm, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent listening skills.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Previous sales experience, ideally within the L&D sector.
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
