LTF Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming partner primary school in Harborne. This rewarding role offers the successful candidate the chance to make a meaningful impact on the progress and success of students who need additional support. This role will involve working 1:1 and in small groups supporting children with SEN in a well-funded resource base. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

Providing tailored support to SEN students with ASD in both one-to-one and small group settings as required.
Working closely with the team to implement inclusive strategies that cater to the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of each student.
Encouraging active participation and engagement in the learning process.
Leading small group intervention sessions and offering focused phonics support.
Ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential within a nurturing and supportive environment.What we are looking for:

A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree.
Experience working in a Primary School.
Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN).The School:
