A client of ours in Witham requires an Administrator to join their team for a temporary assignment starting ASAP for at least 3 months. Full-time working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch) and paying £11.44 - £11.50 per hour.
Key Administration duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Complete medical checks and update CRM system.
Compliance checks and updates.
Contacting customers via email and telephone to give updates on orders.
Carry out regulatory checks against customers.
Support with other admin tasks where required.
Managing large volumes of customer and financial data from CRM, checking and reconciling
Aligning customer equipment purchases into the invoicing schedule
Generating invoices and credit notes
Sending invoices and credit notes
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
Data entry experience.
Methodical approach.
Attention to detail.
Experience of working with a CRM system.
