Sunderland Year 5/6 TA Position- September

The Education Network Durham are looking for a classroom assistant to work in a year 5 and 6 class. The role will include working with small groups and working as a general classroom support. The position will most likely end July 2025.

The school have requested quite a unique skillet which doesn't necessary require a relevant qualification or relevant experience in education. The post will be suitable for graduates who are considering a teaching career.

The ideal candidate should have:

- A degree
- An English Literature or Creative writing background
- A strong mathematical skillset
- Be committed to the continued success of both the pupils and the school.
- Two relevant satisfactory references (to cover the last 2 years)

The Education Network Durham are also recruiting for other full-time and part-time TA and Nursery Nurse positions across the Northeast so we can be as flexible as you require, whether you are looking for short-term work to work around other commitments or long-term full-time positions, we have something for everyone
