Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Children's Residential Manager in Sefton. As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home, managing a team of staff, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, implementing therapeutic care plans, and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
NVQ level 5 or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong people management abilities
Experience in residential Children's homes or related field
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Experience in training and development
Ability to work effectively in a team
Understanding of therapeutic care principles
Experience in working with children or vulnerable populations
