Our market-leading client based in Morley are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors. This role is initially on a Temporary basis.

£11.44 ph + holiday pay

Various shift patterns are available including weekends.

Hybrid role after training.

The role

Assisting and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
Investigating queries and complaints.
Logging all incidents on bespoke system.
Always Ensuring excellent customer service.
Building strong rapport.
Inputting of Customers data.
General office Admin duties.The ideal candidate-

Strong knowledge of all MS packages.
Excellent customer service.
Keen eye for detail.
