Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role
Working within the Bids and Opportunity Management team you will provide support to the wider Marketing & Sales team, spread across four different business units. With a focus on quarterly sales targets, each day presents a different challenge, some days you will be required to think on your feet and quickly adapt whilst other days will be more routine.
Responsibilities
* Collating monthly summary Sales dashboard and forecasts
* Performing Sales forecasting
* Monitoring, analysing and maintaining the pipeline through CRM tool management (HubSpot)
* Supporting the population and the updating of Sales data to ensure reliable Sales forecasting
* Main POC for all CRM support to the Sales team
* Management of all NDAs (internal and external)
* Administer all Training Delivery course enquiries, including student onboarding and facilitating follow-up discussions
* Final quality check, upload and submission of documents to online Portals
* Ad-hoc Bid support
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* CRM Tool Management (HubSpot)
* Management of data - collation, analysis and reporting
* Commercial experience
Desirable:
* Experience/knowledge of Defence sector
* Sales experience
