About the Mechanical Engineer

You will be working in the city of London as a mobile mechanical Engineer covering many sites in the City from zones 1 to 3.

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
Maintenance on pumps, cooling towers.
Key components are FCUs, PPM's, Cooling Towers, Pumps, chillers and Plumbing.
Repairs to building fabric and services.
Planned and preventative maintenance.
call out is 1 - 5 £100 stand by rateRequirements for the Mechanical Engineer

City & Guild Level 2 Air conditioning as a minimum.
Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating What we offer for the Mechanical Engineer

Salary of £45,000 to £47,000 subject to experience
Working in many commercial building based in the city.
Pension 5% employers' contribution, 25 days holidays + bank holidays.
