Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Ltd. As a Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out Predictive Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on commercial sites located around the M25.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on commercial sites, including motors, generators, shutdowns, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety requirements and regulations.
  • Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity, and best practice methods.
  • Organize and manage subcontractors as needed.
  • Complete logbooks, RAMS, and reports as required.
  • Obtain permits to work and raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds/NVQ equivalent) with a minimum of five years' experience.
  • At least three years' experience in commercial maintenance.
  • Polite and personable with a client-facing attitude.
  • Apprentice-trained (desirable).
  • Full UK driving license.
