Role Description

This is a full-time Recruitment Consultant role, based at our Bedford office. As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to source and place healthcare professionals in both temporary and permanent roles. You will be working face to face with clients, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with them by developing an excellent understanding of their recruitment needs. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail, strong organisational and time management abilities, and possess a genuine desire to deliver a first-class experience to candidates and clients alike.
