Are you a Graduate Building Surveyor looking for your first or next role in the built environment? We have an exceptional opportunity in Bedford
 
This RICS accredited Building Consultancy obtains decades of experience across the UK delivering numerous consultancy services, from 3D drone imaging and surveys to roof condition surveys and expert witnessing.
 
Currently employing 14 members of staff, they are on the lookout for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their supportive and close-knit team in their Bedford office.
 
Projects-wise, you can expect to work in the education and residential sectors. However, their case studies span across commercial & retail, local authorities, manufacturing & production, transportation, NHS, and international sectors.
 
A hands-on role, this role will involve travelling across England visiting sites and conducting measured surveys and liaising with business professionals. You will gain the opportunity and exposure to providing professional work to clients such as dilapidation and condition schedules, reinstatement cost assessments, and abiding by CDM regulations, etc. This will introduce you to responsibilities to essentially provide career progression.
 
The Position: Graduate Building Surveyor
RICS-approved degree.
Relevant industry experience would be beneficial.
Understanding and use of CAD.
Familiar with Homebuyer and Building Survey Inspections and Reports.
Providing professional work to clients such as dilapidation and condition schedules, and reinstatement cost assessments.
Abide by CDM regulations.
Conduct measured surveys.
Provide CAD support.
