Staffmax is currently looking for an experienced, agency-based 360 Recruiter in England to join our team This is a work-from-home position that is perfect for the person who likes to change lives and balance their own. You’ll be doing a blended desk of temporary and permanent recruiting and business development, with this person being responsible for growing our UK portfolio. We even have opportunities for the right person to do IT recruiting worldwide, from Canada to Dubai

**Where**: England

**When**: Monday to Friday, hours TBD

**What’s Provided**: Base salary + commission and bonuses, training, laid-back atmosphere, autonomy, team building activities, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and execute all onboarding and offboarding of temporary staff
- Collect worker hours and disperse to payroll accordingly
- Ensure proper database management and tracking of activities
- Participate in company meetings and share ideas
- Cold call clients either in our database or based on their posted job ads
- Meet digitally with decision makers with current and potential clients to sell services
- Ensure client contracts are sent and completed
- Follow up with clients post-placement to anticipate future needs

**Who You Are**:

- A self-starter who isn’t shy and takes initiative
- Experience with Recruitment in an agency setting
- Understands and enjoys tight deadlines and challenges
- Computer savvy with sound MS Office skills, CRM experience an asset
- Excellent time management and delegation skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills in English, bilingual an asset
- Thrives on pressure and teamwork
