Job description
My client is a fast growing evolving filtered water company, providing water solutions to the work place.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk administrator for their Back Office Help Desk Team. With an ever-increasing customer base means telephone and online queries/issues have to be dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
By joining our fantastic team means you are first point of contact for Help Desk enquiries which will relate to product information, service issues, or general installation enquiries.
An exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team and if you have great customer service skills and are willing to learn this could be the role for you.
We require the candidate to:
* Acting as the first point of contact for service desk requests via phone, email, and service desk.
* Managing tickets in the service desk system, taking ownership of calls through to resolution and Database (CRM System).
* Providing a high degree of customer service for all support queries
* General administrative duties, including general data input and customer database.
* Arranging collections and replacements with warehouse department.
