About the Role:

As the Site Manager, you will be working with an experienced Project Manager, at the forefront of this innovative project, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality homes. Your role will involve overseeing on-site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and driving the project to meet key milestones and deadlines, alongside your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site construction activities for your phases & elements of this development.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, specifically with timber frame methods.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and building standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
CSCS card and relevant construction management qualifications.Benefits:
