Handle incoming product & service requests with care and efficiency.
Familiarise yourself with our bespoke IT platform and internal processes.
Maintain high productivity levels and ensure customer satisfaction.

Adapt to various roles within the team as needed.
Identify and seize commercial opportunities.

Exhibit knowledge of vehicle manufacturers and models.Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Customer service experience - within a contact centre or retail / sales
Excellent communication skills - via phone and email
Ability to adapt and work well with people
Well-spoken and uses professional and polite mannerisms
Good listening skills
