A fantastic, rare opportunity exists for driven individuals to set up, manage and grow a regional window cleaning business. The company currently operates from 8 regions employing around 30 people per region throughout the UK. Each area has the potential to generate in excess of £70K/month revenue within 3 years.
This is an autonomous role for hard working, driven individuals to be involved in the early stages of a national business. On-going training and support will be provided.
You will be responsible for
* Sourcing office space
* Commercials, P&Ls, etc
* Management of a team of skilled workers
* Business Development – Constantly seeking out new business opportunities
The Regional Manager will be responsible for a team of approx 30; 2 administrators, 4 canvassers and 20+ window cleaners.
The head office is based in Leeds and you will attend monthly review meetings and receive on-going support and training. Head office will also be involved in recruiting the team for you.
Earnings will be driven by the revenue generated, however this has proven to be as follows
* First 12 months - basic plus £20K bonus ote £70K
* 24 months – basic plus £60-90K bonus ote £(Apply online only)K
* 36 months – basic plus £150K+ bonus ote £200K+
You will receive on-going training and support from Head Office.
You will receive a competitive salary and unlimited earning potential providing you are tenacious, self-motivated and willing to learn a new industry.
The successful candidate will have strong operational skills, excellent man management experience, and a good understanding of commercial aspects of running a business unit.
