As a Customer Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be to:

Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Deliver comprehensive administrative support.
Raising orders for day-to-day repairs and generally monitor progress of orders placed, liaising with colleagues, contractors and tenants
Undertake customer satisfaction surveys, gathering and reporting feedback to assist with measuring the performance against service standards
Assist in the delivery of an efficient and effective void process, dealing with the closure of old tenancies and helping to ensure that vacancies can be re-let as quickly as possible
Help administer the housing waiting list, documenting and processing upon receipt all new housing applications, shortlisting applications against predetermined criteria prior to detailed assessments being completed by other colleagues
To be a succesful applicant for this Customer Service Advisor role, you will have experience:

In a similar role role such as Repairs Clerk, Customer Service Officer, Lettings, Contact Management.
In Safeuguarding
In Health & Safety
In maintaining an IT database
