Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Asset Manager to join their client's building Maintenance team based in Salisbury.

This Facilities Management company is the global leader in real estate services maintaining client satisfactory worldwide. Globally they employ over 70,000 employees and operate in 48 countries.

Salary: £48k Perm annum + Company Benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

*DBS Required before starting, once onboarded a BPSS will be processed funded by employer*

Daily Tasks-

Liaising closely with project team to identify assets to be onboarded and ensure all information is present.
Check with Site Logistics Manager weekly to assess assets that require on boarding.
Identify and record serial numbers, model numbers, PAT Number, Oracle requisition and PO numbers and ensure Maximo match the information.
Loading of asset data, manufacturer details onto the database and in liaison with the Operations Engineers schedule maintenance.
Control and maintain the equipment numbering system and the issue of Equipment/Asset Labels.
Carry out critical spares assessments inclusive of; sourcing prices from suppliers, receiving quotes and delivery times for items.

Person Specification:

Experience of positively dealing with the resolution of customer problems within specific contracts.
Experience in using CMMS systems.
Demonstrable skills in dealing and working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on complex and interrelated issues on an ongoing basis.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or processing industry and working within a GMP environment would be an advantage.
The administrator is measured in performance of duties and execution of assigned responsibilities by:
CMMS recording and filing effectiveness.
Effective data collection and system improvement to ensure critical analysis is accurate.
Organised - Works in a structured way. Think ahead to prioritise workload.
