The Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will play a key role in coordinating the resolution of customer issues, liaising with various teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.
* Coordinate the resolution of customer issues by liaising with internal teams such as construction, sales, and aftercare.
* Schedule and organize customer service visits and inspections.
* Maintain and update customer records and service logs.
* Ensure all customer interactions are documented and followed up in a timely manner.
* Support the Customer Service Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and customer service performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the housing or construction industry.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
