One of the UK’s largest and reputable residential Developers are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team in a major development in North West London. This major regeneration will be ongoing for a number of years and will offer clear progression opportunities. This phase of the project consists of 300 units and will lead to future phases of similar size.

The main duties will involve:

Managing a number of packages across one phase of this development.
Running all cost reporting assessed and done accordingly.
Ensuring all sub-contractors are staying to the preliminaries agreed from outset.
working closely with the Senior QS and Project Management and delivery team.
Running CVC on a monthly basis to accurately reflect the current position of the project and forecast the final financial result.
Managing the project cash flow in accordance with the construction programme and update on a monthly basis.
Ensuring all sub-contractors are paid and package costing are managed efficiently.

To suit this role a few things are essential;

5 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor position.
Knowledge and experience within the residential development sector.
Working on large scale residential developments.
Teamwork ability.
Attention to detail.
Track record of delivering similar size projects.
This is a fantastic position for an established Project Quantity Surveyor to within a high performing commercial team and work within a fantastic company culture offering hybrid working on a 3/2 split week. With a healthy supply chain and extremely valued employees this role offers a great opportunity.
