Halcyon Health and Social Care are really pleased to be working with an OFSTED Outstanding rated provider who provide Children's residential services throughout the East Midlands, due to their substantial growth they are search of a Registered manager to join their team. 
This is one of our favourite clients to work with, we love their ethos and commitment to provide a service that puts the people they support at the heart of everything they do, outcomes are the first priority and ensuring people progress and become as independent as possible is key. 

As an Registered manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the day to day operations of the home are in line with the ethos and values, as well as ensuring the regulatory compliance is kept to the highest standard.

Salary of £55k - £60k per annum, annual pay review based on KPI's
33 days holiday - Increasing by one day every year of service

6 month sabatical after 5 years of service

To be considered for this role we are looking for the following: 

Confident in OFSTED compliance and management 

Strong team leadership skills

NVQ level 5 in Children and Young people 

Full UK driving licence

Passion to support children and young people with EBD
