What's involved?

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract wedding clients and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, event planners, and vendors to generate leads and secure bookings.
Conduct site tours and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our venue and discuss wedding packages and services.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless planning and execution of weddings, exceeding client expectations.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing packages tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Manage the wedding sales pipeline and track sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
