**We are currently looking for a Team Leader based at our Knaphill office.**

**As a Team Leader you will lead a team of carers and service users in your region of Surrey.**

**Responsibilities**
- You will need to be a confident communicator and support a staff team whilst ensuring quality support is delivered to our Service Users.
- You will be required to visit service users at home or in the community in your region to carry out reviews, complete referrals, and to ensure we are delivering high quality care.
- On call duties required, shared between a large team. Approximately one evening a week and one weekend every six weeks.

- This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You must have the ability to multitask and be able to work under pressure.
- Initial training may be undertaken at the Horley/Fetcham offices and occasional travel to these offices will be a requirement of the role.
- Salary offered will be in line with qualifications and experience
- Living in the UK

- A clean current driving licence with access to a car (required)
- Good IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A Good command of English and basic Numeracy
