Club Secretary/Manager
You will be responsible for:
* All administrative duties within the club; Including basis bookkeeping, updating licences, dealing with utility providers.
* Invoices in & out.
* Post
* Weekly wages
* Manage Club bank accounts
* Reconsiation of accounts payments in/ out
* Risk assessments
* Year End accounts preparation
* Staff training updates.
You will also have to manage 5 members of staff.
This role is a managerial role, so the operation of the club will be your responsibility and all correspondence will be dealt with by you.
* You will be employed by the clubs Committee, and they make all the final decisions.
* Taking the minutes at the monthly meetings will also be one of your duties along with dealing with Accountant and any other service providers
