What will I be doing?

You’ll manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers.
Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service and support.
Coordinating equipment hires, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
Handling customer orders, processing hire agreements, and ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. 
What skills and experience do I need?

Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hire / rental industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing. You’ll have the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Being comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures
A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. 
What will my working hours be?

Monday to Friday, 0730 to 1700. 
How much will I be paid?

Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum.
