We are looking for a Customer Advisor to work with our client in Dorcan, in their ‘spare parts’ department. This will be on a Temp to Permanent contract, with a permanent contract offered after 12 successful weeks’ placement.

This role is perfect for somebody with prior customer service or sales experience, who takes pride in delivering a fantastic service and support to the customer.

Duties:

* Taking incoming calls from customers

* Discussing options with the customer and advising different solutions

* Liaising with customers on any damaged parts or replacements needed for their product

* Ensuring you are locating the correct product, and subsequent correct replacement parts required

* Using the system to locate spare parts based on product codes and numbers

* Ordering spare parts as required for the customer

* Raising invoices

* Locating / sorting spare parts in the warehouse as required

Hours:

Monday to Friday

08:30am to 5:00pm

Pay:

£11.44 per hour
