I am actively working with a leading, national mental health charity to recruit for a reputable, passionate and care-focused registered manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a homely residential setting for adults with a mental health diagnosis in the Newcastle under Lyme
Employed on a full-time basis, you will work closely with the senior management team and ensure the smooth day to day running of your residential service. You will be responsible for ensuring the service operates effectively and complies with both CQC and company guidelines. Effective staff management and team coordination, as well as building strong relationships with external agencies and family members is essential for the registered manager role.
This is the perfect opportunity for a highly committed, professional and person-centred manager who really wants to make a difference to the lives of the people they support whilst maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must:
Hold the level 5 diploma in leadership and management or be happy to work towards this
Have at least 2 years relevant managerial experience within a mental health, residential setting
Have direct experience of supporting adults living with enduring mental health needs
Excellent CQC knowledge and experience
Be a driver
Your extensive knowledge, skills and experience will be rewarded with a generous salary from £37,000 to £37,406 plus an appealing annual leave allowance, continued training and development and other exciting benefits.
