Hoop Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Resource Support Officer to join our wonderful Nursing & Healthcare Division. This is a new, exciting opportunity to be part of a driven & dedicated team.

Job Summary:

As a Resource Support Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the compliance and efficient management of our candidate pool. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to handle various aspects of candidate compliance, shift management, and profile administration.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Candidate compliance (DBS checks, NMC PIN checks etc)
Shift confirmations
Confirming weekend bookings with candidates  
Profile sheet management 
Payroll (in times of annual leave) 

Additional tasks will also include answering calls/message taking, posting timesheets, stock management, creating ID badges, sending of uniforms, preparing merchandise for clients, supporting with audits.

On-call participation will also be required with an expectation of around 1 in 5/6 weeks.
