Senior Business Planner to the CCO

Do you have project management experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Warwick? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Business Planner to the CCO, and the role comes with an Umbrella contract rate of £36.13/hr (Inside IR35).

As a Business Planner, you will support the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) Business Manager in ensuring the efficient management of the CCO's priorities, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Your duties within this Business Planner role would involve:

Assisting with project tracking, governance, content creation, meeting management and cross-functional collaboration
Optimising the CCO's effectiveness and the overall productivity of the creative leadership team
Managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope, whilst remaining calm under pressure
Experience of working in a Creative organisation
Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Skilled in process mapping and continuous improvement to enhance collaboration and efficiency
Excellent stakeholder management skills, building a trusted and trusted cross-functional network across the business
Ability to work in an agile and flexible manner
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Forms)
