Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders to strategize, monitor, and coordinate key initiatives within the organisation's transformation programme.
Take charge of planning activities, including setting deadlines and prioritising tasks, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Conduct first-line reviews of initiative outputs to support the achievement of targets.
Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and foster a positive work environment.Our client, a leading Utilities company, is seeking 3 talented Project Managers to lead on critical initiatives within their transformation programme. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of key projects. Your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement will be essential, as you work closely with senior leaders to plan, monitor, and coordinate initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
