Blume are recruiting an HR Operations Business Partner with a passion for recruitment and Employee Relations. You will be hands on Involved in all aspects of our operational agenda to ensure that all stakeholders are supported, coached and empowered.
You will be accountable for creating a robust and scalable recruitment strategy and working with our internal recruitment partner to bring this to life.
You will be the operational face of the people department, ensuring that our processes, administration and ER cases are run smoothly.
