About the Role:

TimePlan Education is seeking a passionate and experienced KS1 Teacher to join a dynamic primary school in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire and educate young learners in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards for Key Stage 1 (KS1).
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Individualised Support: Identify and support students with varying abilities and needs, implementing appropriate interventions to ensure all students can achieve their potential.
Parent and Guardian Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Collaborative Work: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and other support staff, to plan and deliver cohesive and comprehensive educational experiences.Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience: Proven experience in teaching KS1 in the UK is required. Experienced teachers are particularly encouraged to apply.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with young learners and understand their needs.
Commitment: A dedicated and committed approach to teaching, with a passion for fostering a love of learning in children.
