Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are delighted to be working with a leading employer in Hull to recruit a Payment Assistant to join their expanding Finance team

The company are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their Team in Hull where you’ll be first point of contact to queries as well as key member to Accounts team proving administrative support.

The successful candidate should be AAT Level 2 qualified

Reporting into the Finance Manager your duties and responsibilities will include

· Data entry onto Sage

· Processing Job sheets

· Processing client invoices

· Investigating and resolving queries in a professional manner

· Investigating and resolving customer invoice queries in a professional manner

· General administration duties of the finance department

· Assist with Credit Control

The Person

· Sage experience

· AAT Level 2

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel, Outlook skills)

· Strong IT and typing skills

· Ability to multitask, prioritise your own workload

· Positive attitude

· Ability to effectively communicate with team members

· Attention to detail

· Excellent numeracy skills

· Problem solver
