About The Job:

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the CCO to develop and implement an effective cross-sell marketing strategy for the Group. In this role, you will analyse market opportunities, devise marketing initiatives, and utilise social media platforms to enhance the brand positioning of the Group and its Operating Companies. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships while preserving the reputation of the local hero brands.

🎯 What You'll Do:

Identify the unique value proposition that sets the company apart from other group companies
Utilise CRM data and external sources to identify customer needs and assess wallet penetration
Develop brand strategy for onboarding future acquisitions and existing Operating Companies
Create focused marketing strategies to engage with priority sectors for cross-sell opportunities
Foster consistent communication with Operating Companies to support marketing objectives
Set KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and present results to the wider team
Develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns, including budget management
Use data to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Manage the overall marketing budget and identify opportunities for further investment🔑 Experience:

Proven success in delivering brand strategy within a group company setting
Ability to collaborate with diverse business types and internal departments
Track record of devising and launching successful marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to generate ROI from digital marketing activities
Experience in agency management and juggling multiple projects
Proficient in building customer knowledge across various sectors
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership marketing role🎓 Preferred qualifications:

Degree in marketing or comparable work experience
Professional qualifications in marketing (preferred)
Strong commercial marketing experience (required)
