The role
As a night supervisor, you will support the night manager in the smooth running of the hotel at night. This role will include running the reception desk for late check ins and early check outs, you will ensure any night room service is prepared correctly, you will prepare and deliver any early breakfast orders before the breakfast team arrives, ensure the front-of-house areas are cleaned. You will also set up the restaurant for the next day & set up meeting rooms. You will also do the hourly floor walks of the hotel for security and you will deal with any issues in the night like fire alarms. This role will include all the normal night supervisor duties.

Experience
we are looking for a night supervisor from a Hotel background, either a nights background or someone with hotel reception experience looking to switch to night shifts. You will have a good knowledge of customer care and how a hotel operates. you will also have knowledge of setting up restaurant tables, conference rooms and meeting rooms.
