Daily Responsibilities
As a Night Porter, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the premises during nighttime hours. This includes conducting a minimum of two security checks at regular intervals, with a strong emphasis on security and fire safety protocols. You will also engage with guests and residents, addressing any issues and resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Located within a newly developed hotel complex, you will be part of a passionate team that understands that excellence in service does not always require around-the-clock operations. We are looking for a full-time Night Porter to work 40 hours each week.
This remarkable facility features a 154-bedroom luxury hotel alongside an Adagio Aparthotel complex with 98 high-spec suites, situated in a revitalized area.
