Are you a time-served maintenance electrician looking for a stable and rewarding career in a leading facilities management company? Randstad C&P are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across various local sites in Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent role and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 38.75 hours per week. The Package:

Competitive salary of between £31,000 to £35,500 per annum
Full-time, permanent position 38.75 hours per week

Overtime opportunities Main Duties:

Maintain facilities to the standards outlined by the client.
Perform planned, preventative, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks on:
Servicing and repairing lighting and power distribution systems.
Conducting reactive repairs on various lighting systems and power distribution systems.
Servicing and repairing motors and pumps.
Handling BMS control systems competently.
Performing PAT testing competently.
Carry out maintenance duties in a manner that supports the client's objectives, respecting the dignity and privacy of the resident group.Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
City & Guilds or equivalent.
18th Edition City and Guilds.
Experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
