Title: Site-Based Maintenance Electrician
Location: Sedgefield Hospital
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: upto £35k per annum plus company van and fuel card
Hours: 38.75, Monday to Friday. Standard hours 8am to 4pm
On call rota: 1 in 4 week

Main Duties:

Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Redcar and Cleveland Council.
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on
Service and repair of motor, pumps, lighting and power distribution systems.
Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
Competent on BMS control systems and PAT tester
Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group

Candidate Qualifications/Experience

Qualified Electrician:
City & Guilds or equivalent
18th Edition City and Guilds
Experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting, electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
